Choosing Mutual Support

Backstage.Network supports educational and professional integration programs that aim to foster a dynamic of mutual support among their members. Through the strength of the group, your participants can generate innovative solutions to their challenges, share best practices, pool their resources, and support each other autonomously in their efforts.

How?

• Through In-Person Activities:
  By organizing engaging and interactive activities, we create a sense of belonging to a Community that encourages mutual support. We then support Community members in their collaboration and networking processes with collective intelligence tools.

• Through Our Digital Platform:
  Each Community benefits from a private digital space on our social network to maintain and enhance mutual support. It includes a shared toolkit, a member directory, a discussion thread, an agenda, and a video conferencing tool.

Cosearching: Facing the Job Market Together

We know that a period of unemployment is a challenging time where individuals quickly feel isolated, doubtful about their skills, and depressed. The job market is inherently competitive and doesn’t naturally encourage solidarity and kindness.

Yet, we also know that when job seekers have the opportunity to experience a collective process in an ISP program, their energy, motivation, desire to move forward, and belief in their success quickly return!

Building on these observations, Cosearching offers an innovative job search program through peer support, supported by Actiris. It helps job seekers break out of isolation, gain confidence and skills, and find a new dynamic through the power of the group! After 8 weeks of support from collective intelligence facilitators, the group becomes autonomous and integrates into the mutual support Community managed by Backstage.Network.
